Texas Metal Band "Serosia" drove up from Dallas in the worst storms this year in Jersey, to record their new 6 Song EP entitled Perspective and Balance. The lads wrote an amazing record and we are totally honored to have been able to work with them. These guys have some amazing songs and you really should check em out if you have the chance. There is no release date for the record as of yet but we will keep you posted. "Sleux" mixed down their record with Iceman. Thanks guys we loved having you in here over the last couple of years. The band previously known as Downneck had some lineup changes during the recording process, hence the new name. Sleux will be released on vinyl in the near future and we wish you guys all the best, you made a killer album. "Ghosts of Eden" dropped in to record their new EP with Dasher, Iceman and 9/11. They will be returning in late August to complete tracking and commence mix. "The Bloody Muffs" completed tracking their new EP with Dasher and will return in the coming months to Mix. "The Boy Judas" commenced recording on a new album. Tracking will be spread out over several months so we will keep you posted on that one as well. "Love to Steal" a new band inspired by Winona herself is the brainchild of Singer/Songwriters Greg Wilkins and Mike Smith of "Last Perfect Thing". They came in to record their debut EP with Dasher, Iceman and 9/11. Dasher also Mixed this EP and it will be available on the second half of the King's X East Coast Tour in which "Last Perfect Thing" will also launch their long awaited full length album "The Signal". The Record release party will be held at the Kings X Show at the Stone Pony on August 13th 2009. And last but not least, we had a nice visit from the band "Full Scale Riot". Tim McMurtrie (M.O.D/ Rhythm Trip), Rob Machette (Pro-Pain/M.O.D), Jeff Wood (SHAT and Dillenger Escape Plan), and Rob Youells(Mind Eraser) to do some Radio spots to promote their new CD "Rise". Our new Intern Kita had a baptism of fire recording these guys. All in all a busy month. As Masterings occur we will be adding to our new media player, so check it out often for new music.
