June/July 2010

Tim and Dasher continued to mix the Fiendz, interspursed with more ancillary tracking sessions to complete the six year labor of love. "Queen V" and producer Phil Schmoll dropped by for a few tracking sessions working on a forth coming release and "Cold World" out of Cleveland came in to track a song featuring rapper "Sean P".

We also had a band called "Rexidog" out of Philly camp out and record 8 songs. The band mix Jazz and Blues with Surf, Prog and Garage Rock. Combine this with a "Polyphonic Spree" and "Ween" style vocal and you have the quintessential Rexidog sound.

In between all of this, Tim and Nene managed to get some much deserved vacation time in Vermont, at Stratton Mountain Ski Resort with our family from Virgina. A relaxing time was had by all.

Once we got back it was into maitenance hell. All hands on deck to fix any broken gear, maintain and clean the consoles and become one with the soldering irons. In my case I still bear the scars... damn those things are hot...
